		<description>I&#039;m good at burying the lede. I always have to have one when I start writing. But then I go back in during the edit phase and fish for the better one. I prefer short and quick, but I like your examples here.</description>

		<description>Good point on ledes Bob as we&#039;ve all written bad ones. If you&#039;re stuck, a bad lede is fine for now so you can get to work on finishing the rest of the piece. Just make it the first thing you revise. Then the second. Then maybe the seventh or eighth. My best lede ideas usually came right after I wrapped a story, but always got better the more I finessed them. I say keep them short and sharp - nothing worse than a long, boring, sprawling lede to turn off a reader.</description>
